On-Site Consultations
Some things that are easier when done in-person – our architectural and engineering design process is no different. You can easily schedule a date and time to meet with our engineer or designer (or both) at the site of your project to discuss all possibilities and potential difficulties.
Architectural Design Plans
Let us draft your Architectural drawing set. We can handle everything from incorporating cover sheets, demolition plans, and proposed plans, to elevation views, door/window/floor/paint schedules, and electrical plans. All drawings will be specifically formatted for smooth municipal permitting.
Engineered Structural Plans
After your vision has been captured and refined with Architectural plans, let us complete the next piece of the puzzle with Engineered Structural Plans. We’ll create plans detailing your foundation, framing, and bracing. All drawings are specifically formatted for smooth municipal permitting.
Wall Removal Beam Design
Let’s meet on-site to discuss removing those pesky partition walls. We’ll determine the structural loading of the wall you wish removed and calculate your required beam size. We can even draft an Engineered Beam Installation Plan for contractor bidding and municipal permitting.
Existing Foundation Assessments
If you’re seeing crack distress of the finishes of your home, your home’s foundation may be moving. We can determine if your foundation is moving, how much it has moved, how your home’s foundation is performing in relation to the Engineering Standards, and what you should do about it. We do not repair foundations and therefore have “no skin in the game”, call us for an impartial assessment. We also offer expedited reports of assessments for real estate transactions.
Mid-Construction Inspections
If your project is underway and you want to ensure it is constructed properly prior to calling the city inspectors, give us a call to give your project a once-over. We can draft certification letters prior to the city inspectors visit.
